Delivery/Pickup Info

Pickup Details:

• Location: 150-01 Jalan Adda 7, Taman Adda Height, Johor Bahru, Johor
• Pickup Time: Anytime between 12 PM - 5 PM (we close at 5 PM)

Please ensure you check your order properly before leaving with your cake.

We do not recommend leaving the cake overnight before consumption, as this may affect the color, taste, and texture.
 

Handling Advice:

Do not place the cake on the car seat; instead, place it in the bottom footwell area to avoid tilting. Additionally, turn on the air conditioning to keep the cake cool.
 

Delivery Details:

• Delivery Time: Between 1 PM - 4 PM. Please note that specific time requests cannot be accommodated. If you require a specific time, we recommend arranging a pickup via a third-party service like Grab or Lalamove within our operating hours of 12 PM - 5 PM.
• Delivery Partners: For our delivery services, we rely on trusted third-party drivers from Lalamove and Grab Express. As drivers are assigned randomly, we cannot guarantee a specific driver for your order.

All deliveries will be conducted by car.
 

Important Delivery Instructions:

• Ensure there is someone available to collect the cake during the delivery window.
• If a second delivery attempt is necessary, additional fees will apply for both returning the cake to our store and redelivering it.
• Please check your order carefully before the driver leaves to avoid issues with damage during delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately.

Handling Advice:

Once you receive the cake, please store it in the chiller to maintain freshness.
 

Communication:

Once a driver is assigned to your order, our partner will send you a WhatsApp message to inform you that your cake is on the way. While we strive to deliver within your preferred time slot, factors such as driver availability, traffic, and weather may cause delays.
 

Responsibility for Delays:

In rare cases of significant delays caused by our delivery partners, Paperbaked is not responsible for late deliveries and cannot offer refunds or reschedule deliveries. Please consider potential delays when choosing your delivery time; we recommend opting for self-pickup if you need your items within a specific timeframe.
