Yes, you are welcome to walk in to place an order. However, we recommend checking our availability in advance to ensure your desired items are in stock.
Payments, Cancellation, and Refunds
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online banking, QR payment, SG Paynow QR. Please select your preferred method at checkout or chat our WhatsApp (+6018 9126130) if you facing any payment error.
Orders are generally non-refundable. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Pickup/Delivery
Our pickup hours are from 12 PM to 5 PM. Please make sure to arrive within this timeframe.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests. Deliveries will occur between 12 PM and 4 PM. If you require a specific time, we suggest arranging a pickup with a third-party service.
If you notice any damage to your cake upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
If no one is available to collect the cake during the delivery window, a second delivery attempt may be required, which will incur additional fees.
While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays can occur due to various factors. If your delivery is significantly late, please reach out to us for assistance.

Yes, but it’s best to keep the cake in the footwell area of the car rather than on the seat to prevent tilting. Additionally, turn on the air conditioning to help keep it cool.
